Which Horimiya Character Are You?
Question 1 of 10
It is Saturday and you have nothing planned. What do you do?
About the Horimiya Character Test
The Which Horimiya Character Are You test is a free, 10-question personality quiz that matches your answers to one of Horimiya's most iconic characters — from Kyoko Hori, Izumi Miyamura, Toru Ishikawa, Yuki Yoshikawa, to Remi Ayasaki. Rather than testing trivia, it reads your instincts, values, and the choices you make under pressure.
Every answer quietly adds points toward different Horimiya characters. When you reach the final question, the quiz tallies those points and reveals your closest personality match, plus a short breakdown of the traits that define you. It takes two to three minutes, needs no signup, and you can retake it any time to see how different answers steer you toward a new character.

What this quiz asks you
None of the 10 questions are about Horimiya trivia — you do not need to have finished the series, or even started it, to get a meaningful result. They are about how you behave: what you do under pressure, what you want, and what you would sacrifice to get it. Here are the first three, exactly as they appear:
1. It is Saturday and you have nothing planned. What do you do?
- — Catch up on the housework, then cook something good for dinner.
- — Sleep in, then have a quiet day doing my own thing.
- — Call a few friends round and play video games.
- — Meet up with friends and see where the day takes us.
2. A friend is clearly upset but says they are fine. What do you do?
- — Make them tell me what is wrong. I am not letting it go.
- — Stay with them quietly until they are ready to talk.
- — Take them somewhere fun to get their mind off it.
- — Ask straight out, then tell whoever upset them exactly what I think.
3. You have a crush on someone. How do you handle it?
- — Act completely normal and hope nobody notices I am flustered.
- — Say it honestly, even if it comes out at the worst possible moment.
- — Keep it to myself. They probably like someone else anyway.
- — Tell them right away. Why wait?
How the scoring actually works
Every option carries a weighting toward one or more of the 5 possible results, and the weights are not equal. A strongly characteristic answer moves you three points toward a character; a partial match moves you one. That is why two people who answer similarly can still land on different characters — it is the pattern across all 10 answers that decides it, not any single question.
Because the scoring is deterministic, the same answers always produce the same character. If you retake this quiz and get someone else, it is because you genuinely answered differently, not because there is randomness in it. Several of the questions have no obviously “best” option on purpose — those are the ones doing the real separating.
No personality quiz is a psychological instrument and this one does not pretend to be. What it does do is score consistently against character profiles written from how these characters actually behave across the series, rather than from a one-line stereotype.
Meet the Horimiya Characters You Can Match With
Every result is a distinct personality type. Here's who you could be matched with and what each character says about you.
Kyoko Hori
You are the capable, popular one at school, and you keep your grades up while quietly running a household at home. You would rather nobody saw you with your guard down, and your temper flares when you are flustered, but you would do anything for your family and the people you love.
Izumi Miyamura
Quiet and easy to overlook, you are much more than people assume, and the friends who get to know you find someone gentle, honest and surprisingly sharp-tongued. Opening up does not come easily, but once you trust someone you tell them exactly how you feel.
Toru Ishikawa
Straightforward and easy-going, you say what you think and there is nothing two-faced about you. You take a disappointment on the chin, stay loyal to your friends and quietly look out for everyone around you.
Yuki Yoshikawa
Cheerful and friendly, you get along with almost anyone and keep the mood light. Underneath the smile you are more sensitive than you let on, and you tend to keep what you really want to yourself.
Remi Ayasaki
Curious and fearless, you say exactly what is on your mind, and you can say the most outrageous things with a sweet smile. You do not mind being the centre of attention, and when a friend needs someone in their corner, you are the first to speak up.
