How the Solo Leveling Quiz Works
The Solo Leveling Quiz is a free trivia challenge featuring 50 hand-crafted questions, played across 10 levels of increasing difficulty. You have three lives and a countdown timer on every question, so both speed and accuracy count. Chain correct answers to build a score multiplier, use your power-ups wisely, and climb all 10 levels to post your best run — no signup needed to play.
Solo Leveling Quiz — Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Solo Leveling Quiz scored?
You earn base points for every correct answer plus a time bonus for answering quickly. Consecutive correct answers build a streak multiplier up to 4×, and clearing a level without mistakes ("Perfect Level") awards an extra bonus. Your final score is the total across all 10 levels.
How many questions and levels are there?
Each run is 50 questions split into 10 levels of 5 questions each. Difficulty ramps as you climb — the early levels cover core lore, while the later ones test deep canon, backstory, and quote attribution.
How do lives and the timer work?
You start with 3 lives; each wrong answer costs one, and losing all three ends the run. Every question has a countdown timer (with a little more time on higher levels), so faster answers earn more points.
What are the power-ups?
Three power-ups help when you're stuck: 50/50 removes two wrong options, Skip jumps a tough question, and Extra Time adds seconds to the clock. They're limited, so save them for the hardest questions.
Is the Solo Leveling Quiz free to play?
Yes — it's completely free and no signup is required to play. A free account is optional and only needed to save your score to the leaderboard and track your daily streak across devices.
What the Solo Leveling quiz actually asks
All 50 questions are written by hand and checked against canon — none are generated or scraped from other quiz sites. They break down as 20 easy, 15 medium and 15 hard, dealt out across ten levels so the difficulty climbs as you go rather than jumping around.
Names, relationships, roles and backstory — who is who, and how they connect.
Events, arcs and turning points, in the order they actually happen.
Techniques, power systems and their limits — the rules of the world.
Places, organisations and the geography the story moves through.
Who said it, and when. The category most people lose a life to.

The hard tier is where most runs end. It leans on quotesand on detail that only sticks if you watched closely — exact names, the order events happened in, and who actually said a given line rather than who it sounds like. Recognising a character is not the same as remembering their technique’s name, and the last three levels are built on that difference.
How players actually score on the Solo Leveling quiz
From 478 recorded attempts at this quiz, part of 14,110 sessions across the site. Updated periodically from live gameplay — these are our own figures and are not published anywhere else.
The Solo Leveling quiz is one of the harder ones we run. 3.6% of 478 attempts reach the end, below our 9.9% average — so if you stall in the later levels, you are in the majority.
The average score is 5,430 but the median is only 2,008 — a wide gap, which means a small group of very strong runs is pulling the average up while most attempts end early. Judge yourself against the median, not the mean.
Ranked by completion rate, Solo Leveling is the 6th hardest of the 26 anime quizzes we track. Players get an average of 3 levels in before running out of lives, and the longest correct-answer streak anyone has managed on it is 50.
Curious how that compares across every series? We broke down the full dataset — completion rates, the level where most runs end, and which anime fans score highest.
